Characteristics of Wood
Due to the nature of natural wood products, all images and illustrations shown are approximate representations.
Please note that all woods will change colour to varying degrees,
dependant on species and finish, with natural light and age.
Samples
If you require a sample of a product you are interested in, prior to ordering, please call us or fill in our enquiry form.
Pricing,
VAT
Prices are per Square Meter (m2) and are subject to VAT at the current rate. Delivery is free of charge on orders over
£ 500.00 excl VAT, UK mainland destinations only.
Ordering
You may order by either phoning or faxing us. Alternatively, fill in our
online enquiry form and we will contact you on receipt of that order to
confirm payment details. If you wish you may post your order details to us.
Payment
All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery of goods; payment may be made by, cheque, transfer of funds or credit card. Where credit card payment is made
a 1.5% surcharge will be added to the total amount due.
Delivery
Wood flooring products may be delivered by heavy goods vehicle, please let us know in advance if there is any problems with access. All goods must be put under cover away from the elements, preferably in a building, for protection and security. Please note that goods are heavy and someone will need to assist the driver in unloading and storing your goods.
