MultiTopfloor and MultiTop XL

MultiTopfloor XL, is made up of 8mm solid wood. This is just as thick as the wear layer of a solid floor piece. A multiplex body of 18mm will be placed underneath this layer. This multiplex body is bonded to the top layer to ensure it is watertight and then tongue and grooved.

The match of the multiplex and solid wood provides your guarantee for a carefree floor where any working of the wood rarely occurs. The MultiTopfloor XL is very suited to, for example, new housing developments, where humidity levels are usually very high. The MultiTopfloor XL is a specially developed plank which can be laid as a floating floor or nailed without any problems whatsoever. A big advantage of this is that it also saves you time. The planks are delivered to you untreated so that you can finish the floor to your own specification. Available in species ranging from, Oak rustic & Select, American Cherry, Maple, Walnut, Iroko, Jatoba, Pitch Pine, Curupixa, Merbau and Larch. Most commonly available in widths from 150mm to 265mm
